From one to six months; shorter stays are assessed case by case. For stays over 30 days we prepare a short-term lease (locazione transitoria) compliant with Italian law.
Yes. Proposal, agreement and invoice are issued to your company, even when the guests are a supplier's staff.
Wi-Fi where available, utilities, initial linen and final cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes on request. If a home has metered heating, the proposal says so.
We send photos and videos of the proposed home and answer every question before you confirm.
Send us the new names: we handle the guest registration required by Italian law through online check-in.
